Below, we would like to present our general terms and conditions of sale, which serve as the basis for processing and fulfilling your orders.
Reading and accepting these terms is an essential prerequisite for every purchase made on our website. In this regard, we draw your attention to the fact that these may be updated at any time and without notice, which is why they must be consulted and approved during all your orders.
Their approval is formalized by your click on the “I accept” button at the bottom of this text, which appears when you request to create a customer account, as well as during each of your orders.

1. Conclusion of contract, correspondence, and scope of application
1.1 By clicking the “Confirm Purchase” button, you order all items in your shopping cart. From that moment, and with the order confirmation you will receive by email, you enter into a firm and definitive sales contract with CS Stores Sàrl.
1.2 To place an order with us, you must be at least 18 years old, not be subject to guardianship measures, and be fully aware and responsible for your actions.
1.3 CS Stores Sàrl reserves the right to refuse any order without indicating the reason; if applicable, an email will be sent to you to communicate our decision.
1.4 Furthermore, you agree to read all emails we send you regarding your order at the email address indicated in your customer account. Any information transmitted to you in this way will be considered received 24 hours after it is sent. CS Stores Sàrl disclaims all liability regarding the non-receipt of an email, except in the case of a malfunction related to the hosting of its website.
1.5 The technical texts found on our website and in our various installation instructions, technical data sheets, etc., are also part of the sales contract. Conversely, photographs, drawings, diagrams, etc., also present on the site and the aforementioned documents do not form part of the contractual scope. Their purpose is exclusively illustrative, and even if CS Stores Sàrl strives to ensure the result is as faithful as possible to reality, differences may be observed upon delivery. Consequently, CS Stores Sàrl disclaims all liability regarding any differences that may be observed between the photos on the website (product images, colors, drawings, etc.) and reality.
1.6 You agree to use the purchased product according to the manufacturer’s instructions and to ensure the maintenance necessary and recommended by the manufacturer to ensure its proper functioning.
2. Prices and delivery costs
2.1 The prices indicated in the offer at the time of the order apply and are in Swiss francs. The prices indicated are final. This means they include the applicable legal value-added tax. However, you must also pay the delivery costs indicated at the time of the order.
2.2 The prices indicated are valid only within the territories of Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.
3. Payment
3.1 In principle, we offer the following payment methods: advance payment by bank transfer or credit card. For each order, we reserve the right not to offer certain types of payment and to refer to other payment methods. Please note that we only accept payments from accounts in Switzerland. You bear any potential bank charges.
3.2 In the case of a purchase by credit card, the card account is debited when we send the order. Furthermore, this payment method is perfectly secure because the transaction does not take place on our website, but on the relevant banking or postal servers.
3.3 You agree to receive invoices, credit notes, and payment reminders in electronic or paper form.
3.4 Note that when you choose advance payment by bank transfer, the delivery of the ordered merchandise takes place as soon as we receive payment of the total purchase price as well as any shipping costs. We therefore ask you to transfer the purchase price immediately after receiving the order confirmation, but no later than within seven days.
3.5 Any costs related to a potential malfunction of the payment system will be at your expense.
4. Delivery
4.1 Products are delivered to the address indicated during the order. Upon handing over the ordered material to the carrier, CS Stores Sàrl disclaims all liability regarding any potential problem during delivery (loss of package, destruction, incorrect delivery address, etc.). In the event of an error in the wording of your contact details, CS Stores Sàrl cannot be held responsible for a delay or impossibility of delivery.
4.1.1 You have the option to request a change of delivery address within 24 hours following your order. CS Stores Sàrl reserves the right to accept or refuse it depending on the status of the order. In case of refusal, it is your responsibility to take the necessary steps to receive the material delivered to the address indicated at the time of the order.
4.2 You agree to be present during delivery and accept full responsibility for the unloading and inspection of the delivered merchandise. In case of absence, the costs incurred will be charged to you and a new delivery date will be agreed upon based on your availability.
4.3 The costs inherent in the return of an unclaimed package and any potential reshipment are at your expense. Before any reshipment, CS Stores Sàrl may ask you to pay the related costs in advance.
4.4 Any available item is in principle shipped within 4 to 6 weeks (weekends and public holidays are excluded from the timeframe). The indicated deadlines are average deadlines and correspond to the processing, preparation, and shipping times for any order (date of departure from the warehouses).
4.5 In the event of an impossibility to deliver the merchandise within 60 working days (date of departure from the warehouses), you have the option to cancel your order by sending an email to info@stores-volets.ch, clearly mentioning your order reference. This cancellation will be taken into account only if it reaches us within 24 hours after order validation and is formally confirmed by CS Stores Sàrl. Otherwise, the order cannot be canceled.
4.5.1 If your cancellation request is accepted, the total amount already paid will be refunded to you in full settlement of all accounts and all other claims. No damages and interest may be claimed, your claims being limited exclusively to the full refund of the sum paid.

4.6 Upon receipt of the order, you must proceed with a meticulous, immediate, and complete inspection of the delivered material to identify any defect (packaging defect, product not corresponding to the one ordered, missing products, etc.). Any defect or problem must be immediately reported to CS Stores Sàrl in writing (letter or email) within a maximum period of 24 hours, failing which the delivered merchandise will be considered received and without any defect. After this period, no complaint for apparent defects will be accepted.
4.7 Please note that we are exceptionally not required to deliver the ordered merchandise when we have ordered it in due form on our side but have not received the delivery correctly or on time. We are not required to deliver the merchandise if we are not responsible for the lack of availability of the merchandise and we have informed you immediately. In case of unavailability of the ordered merchandise, we will immediately refund payments already made.
5. Liability
5.1 CS Stores Sàrl is only liable for direct damages caused by gross negligence on its part or on the part of a mandated third party and which is solidly proven.
5.2 If the liability of CS Stores Sàrl is engaged, it is limited only to the price of the delivered product or the service provided. Any more extensive liability of CS Stores Sàrl, its auxiliaries, or third parties mandated by it for damages of any type whatsoever is totally excluded. No claim for compensation for damages not affecting the product itself can be made.
5.3 The choice and purchase of a product or service are under your sole responsibility. The total or partial impossibility of using the products, particularly due to equipment incompatibility, cannot give rise to any compensation, refund, or questioning of the liability of CS Stores Sàrl. Any claim will be limited to the maximum amount corresponding to the price paid at the time of your order.
5.4 For all our products, the measurements taken and then inserted into our forms are solely your responsibility. In case of errors, these cannot be attributed to the company CS Stores Sàrl. This is why we invite you to strictly comply with the measurement instructions found on our website and to be extremely vigilant and meticulous, on the one hand, when taking measurements and, on the other hand, when placing your order and, finally, when confirming the order.
6. Returns
6.1 If a defect is found on a product, it must be reported immediately by following the provisions provided by Article 4.6, and a right of return is, unless otherwise notified, granted. The condition for exercising the right of return is, however, that you have not installed or used the material concerned and that you return it complete and intact; this also applies to its original packaging. Otherwise, CS Stores Sàrl reserves the right to reject the return request and grant no refund.
6.2 The right of return is not applicable for promotional offers (sales, limited offers, etc.).
6.3 When requesting a return, the form for this purpose at the bottom of the page must be duly filled out and signed. If said request is granted to you, a return slip with an “RMA” code will be provided to you. The latter must be used; otherwise, we will be forced to refuse the return of the material concerned.
6.4 Furthermore, the merchandise must be returned within 5 working days from the day of receipt of the “RMA”, failing which the return will be refused.

6.6 The risks, transport, and return costs are solely at your expense.
6.7 Once the return is received and inspected, a confirmation email will be sent to you to confirm that it has been received and to let you know if your request is accepted or rejected.
6.8 If your return request is accepted, the refund will be made exclusively in the form of a gift voucher.
6.9 For the moment, no exchange of merchandise can be offered to you.
