Most installations will be wall-mounted using ropes and turnbuckles. The sails can also be attached to existing elements (e.g. trees or beams) or to aluminum posts (as an extra option). The choice of size and shape of a sail is a matter of personal taste and the desired shade area. The sails can be used in winds up to 50 km/h. In case of stronger winds or heavy rain, the sails must be taken down. The sails are not waterproof. For a successful installation, the attachment of the sail must always be along the angle bisector to ensure optimal tension.
