J4 IO Protect Motor

Unlike the old J4 io, the new J4 io Protect works without an external control board.
It combines all the advantages of two-way radio technology with the new Protect functions and contributes to the protection, lifespan, and aesthetics of Venetian blinds.
• Obstacle detection and frost protection in the UP direction with a unique feature: after detecting a blockage, the motor stops and the lifting straps are then automatically relieved of tension.
• The J4 io Protect offers automatic adjustment of the fixed upper end limit, thus preventing the raised slat stack from remaining visible outside the headrail after a few weeks. The normally changing winding behavior of the lifting straps is thus reliably compensated for.
• Vertical positioning and slat tilt are achieved and confirmed by 2 separate movements. This feedback allows the saving of numerous positions, including slat tilt. These positions can be triggered as scenarios either manually, or via a timer or sensors. Complex running time adjustments using external radio receivers for each Venetian blind are not necessary.
• The J4 io Protect offers further advantages: remote adjustment of end limits, change of rotation direction, removable 2D mushroom button with monitoring of both directions, and 4 functions.
